GOOD QUESTIONS / PRACTICAL ANSWERS
Before the crew
arrives.
A few things worth working through before choosing temporary facilities for rent.
What belongs in a Remote Man Camp rental?+
Start with the people staying overnight and the facilities already at the property. Sleeper and bunk bed accommodation form the living base; showers, restrooms, laundry and meal facilities support daily life. A kitchen, dishwashing trailer or emergency refrigeration unit can be discussed separately. The selected equipment, ongoing service responsibilities and utilities belong in a written quote. No single package fits every crew.
Can we rent daily or lease for several months?+
Daily and monthly rentals are available, with longer leasing arrangements discussed for continuing projects. Provide your occupied dates and explain whether the crew arrives in stages or rotates through the site. Each priced configuration has one starting price in USD. Prices may vary with the equipment, rental period, location and availability; confirm the exact price, minimum term and any extension conditions in your written quote.
A short-term rental for a Monticello job and a long-term lease for a Belle Glade rotation are planned differently, so give the start date and the expected length.
How many people fit in a sleeper unit?+
Occupancy depends on the actual room and bed configuration, the unit and the site approvals. A twenty-foot accommodation label or a photo of bunk beds does not establish permitted occupancy. Explain how many people sleep at the same time, whether shifts overlap, and what privacy or separation is needed. Ask for the selected layout before reserving units.
What utilities does a remote workforce camp need?+
Requirements vary by selected unit. Accommodation needs an appropriate power connection; shower, restroom, laundry, kitchen and dishwashing facilities also need water and wastewater planning. The supplied two-bedroom sleeper configuration lists 120V/240V and 125A, while other equipment has different requirements. Have the responsible site professionals review the exact voltage, amperage, phase, connectors and connection distances before delivery.
Gate width, turning room and soft ground matter as much in Titusville as they do in Green Cove Springs, so describe them before delivery is scheduled.
Are shower trailers different from shower/restroom combinations?+
Yes. A standalone shower unit provides washing facilities, while a combination brings showers and restrooms into one unit. Separate restroom trailers remain another option. Compare peak use, servicing and placement. If you need individual locking shower rooms or stalls, ask the team to confirm those features for the actual selected configuration; a stall count alone does not establish locking or accessibility.
